Harrison County, MO: Representatives of Harrison County’s schools picked up a selection of shoes and socks that were to be distributed to children under the Bethany Rotary Club’s Shoes for Kids program. Some 172 pairs of shoes were handed out to school counselors at last Thursday morning’s Rotary Club meeting. More shoes collected locally will be presented to district Rotary officials who will bring a shoe caravan to Bethany to pick up shoes for international distribution.
