Peyton Taggart and Ashley Chalfant, both of Gilman City R-IV, were the winners of Harrison County Farm Bureau 2023 Scholarships. Each will be awarded $500 toward the costs of their college expenses. There were many qualified applicants for this year’s scholarships.
