Harrison County, MO: Students selected to represent GRM Networks at the 2025 Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Youth Tour to Washington, D.C., are Gracie Small of Purdin, Missouri, Ellie Guilkey of Princeton, Missouri, and Macayla Rhodes of Gilman City, Missouri. All three will travel to the nation’s capital this summer and join other youth representing rural telecommunications providers.
