Bethany, MO: Kevin Lynn Nible, Bethany, was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections Saturday after a judge revoked his probation for burglary.
Nible, 47, had received a suspended sentence in connection with burglaries in Bethany in 2022. At the time, he admitted stealing an air compressor and other items from a local garage.
Associate Circuit Judge Daren Adkins of Gallatin presided at a revocation hearing in which Nible was found to have violated conditions of his probation. Prosecuting Attorney Alex Van Zandt represented the state in the revocation hearing while Nible was represented by attorney Nathan Easton.
Nible was released to the custody of Sheriff Trevor Place to be transported to the Department of Corrections.
