Lady Bulldogs win trophy: South Harrison basketball players won more hardware for their trophy case after winning the South Harrison Invitational Saturday night against North Harrison. Ciarra Jennings went up on top to take a shot during the championship game with North Harrison. Jennings hit three straight shots to give the Lady Bulldogs the lead in the game.
In a battle between two of the top girls’ basketball teams in the area, South Harrison was able to hang on to beat North Harrison 52-44 Saturday night for the championship of the South Harrison Invitational Basketball Tournament. The game was closer than the score sounded.
