The South Harrison track girls put on quite a show at the MSHSAA Class 2 State Track meet. Five girls from the track team received medals in three events. Pictured from left to right is Abbey Henry who finished seventh in the girls’ triple jump, Hallee Chamberlin who broke the school record in the girls’ 800-meter run and took second, and the girls’ 4×800-meter relay team who took second and broke a school record.
Bethany, MO: South Harrison’s track season has come to an end and the South Harrison track team has brought home a few more medals from its time competing at the MSHSAA Class 2 State Track meet in Jefferson City. Five students brought home medals from three events. The meet was held from Friday, May 17, through Saturday, May 18. The South Harrison girls track team took 15th place overall with a team score of 18 points.
