Runner takes two events: Braxton Magee of South Harrison turns the corner during a distance event at the Bulldog five-team meet on Tuesday afternoon, the first track event in two years at Memorial Stadium. Magee, a junior, won the boys’ 1,600-meter and the 3,200-meter runs. The Bulldog teams won both the girls’ and boys’ titles.
After a spring when most of the high school sports events were canceled in the pandemic, South Harrison hosted its first track meet in two years Tuesday evening when four area teams competed in an event at Memorial Stadium.
