Vivian Belle Hart (formerly of Blythedale, MO) departed this life Friday, March 11, 2016 at Lamoni Specialty Care, Lamoni, IA at the age of 103 years, 10 months and 27 days.
She was born April 13, 1912 at the ancestral Karr Farm near Polo, MO the only daughter of James Montgomery and Belle (Thompson) Karr. She came to Blythedale, MO in 1927 after her father passed and graduated from High School in 1931.
On November 29, 1933 she was united in marriage to Lyle Hart.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, James M. Karr II; half-sister, Edda, pronounced “Eddie” who was named after he father, Edward, who passed away before she was born; and her devoted husband of 57 ½ years, Lyle Hart.
Survivors include, daughters, Sue (Clifford) Zimmerman, Tucson, AZ, Ann (Jim) Parman, Spokane, WA; grandchildren, Richard Lee Parman, Spokane, WA, Christopher Zimmerman, Tucson, AZ, Laura (Daniel) Pence, Tucson, AZ; great grandchildren, Davis, Sydney, Jackson Pence and Jennifer Parman; family of Battlecreek, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19 at Roberson Funeral Home, Eagleville, MO. Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery, Eagleville, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
