Ridgeway, MO: Vickie Lynn McClaskey, 73, of Ridgeway, MO passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at her home.
She was born November 26, 1951 in Paragould, Arkansas the daughter of William Herbert and Betty H. (Hampton) Myers.
On May 9, 1971, she married George Thomas McClaskey in Smithville, MO. He preceded her in death on April 30, 2023.
Vickie attended Kirkley Chapel Church, Ridgeway, MO. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aid.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, George, she was also preceded in death by her parents; son Timothy McClaskey and sister, Linda Sue Grider.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Caldwell; sons, Rick (Cheryl) Nielson and Joe (Jesseca) McClaskey; grandchildren, Ashley Spencer, Ryan Gordon, Shelby DeFreece, Jessica McClaskey, Cody McClaskey, Grace Hanson, Angela McClaskey and Ricky Dean Nielson; 9 great-grandchildren and her sister, Billie Jane Morrison.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 2, at Kirkley Chapel Church, Ridgeway, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in the Kirkley Chapel Cemetery, Ridgeway, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Monday at the church.
