Bethany, MO: Timothy Michael Shovick, 54, Bethany, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022.
He was born March 16, 1968, in Denver, Colorado to Kenneth and Jane (O’Brien) Shovick.
Tim loved spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors in the summer. He loved to grill and barbeque enough food to feed his family and all the neighbors. He enjoyed going to a nice pond and catching a few fish. He learned from his father at a young age how to play cribbage. Tim made sure to teach his kids and everyone he knew how to play and enjoyed lots of years playing cribbage with his friends, his kids, and Heather. Most of all his goal in life was to make everyone laugh. He was the life of the party and kept things interesting for everyone around him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ken.
Survivors include children, Holly Parkhurst (Dylan), Michael Shovick, Dakota Smith, Zachary Smith, Colt Smith; grandchildren, Daxon Shovick, Benson Parkhurst; mother, Jane (O’Brien) Shovick; siblings, Bill Shovick, Rhonda Parker (John), Alan Shovick (April); numerous nieces and nephews. Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 26, 2022, Andover Community of Christ, 10463 East State Hwy T, Blythedale, MO 64426. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the church.
