Cathedral City, CA: Theral Ann (Richardson) Crutchfield, daughter of Mildred Lorraine (Williamson) Richardson and Francis Dean Richardson was born on March 7, 1938 in Bethany, Mo., and departed this life on September 27, 2022 in Cathedral City, Calif. at the age of 84 years.
Theral graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in June, 1960 with a BS in Home Economics and moved to California.
She was united in marriage to Donald Edward Crutchfield December 25, 1964 and celebrated 51 years of marriage making special memories. Theral had a love for fashion and worked for Bullocks Wilshire in Los Angeles for several years before forming Crutchfield Investigators with Don in 1978. They found their true passion and enjoyed many years running a successful investigation business. Don and Theral also loved cruising to all parts of the world and making many long-life friends.
Theral was a long-time member of an International Women’s network Beta Sigma Phi and could be found many weekends dressed up with a stunning hat attending luncheons, conventions and actively involved in local chapter, city and state council functions.
She is preceded in death by her husband Don, her mother, her father, sister-in-law Betty Richardson and nephew Tony Richardson.
She is survived by her brother, Larry Richardson, niece Cindy Richardson and husband Kermit Komm, nephew Tim Richardson and wife Carrie Richardson, nephews Casey and Kyle Richardson and Grant Komm, grandnephew Landon and grandnieces Carley, Amelia and Henlee.
Theral will be missed by her dear friends and loving family. A family service with interment will be held at a later date.
