He was born on November 5, 1961 in Sulfer, Louisiana the son of William C. and Frances Ann (Lacy) Dowling. They preceded him in death along with a brother, Eugene Dowling.
Sidney is survived by his brothers, Allen Dowling and Terry Dowling and a sister, Elizabeth Ann Dowling.
Sidney has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO.
