BETHANY, MO: Robert Earl Williams, 63, of Bethany, MO left this world peacefully to be with the Lord on Monday, September 26, 2016 at his home in Bethany, MO.
Robert was born on July 28, 1953 in Bethany, MO the son of Earl and Esta (Foster) Williams.
Robert loved life, his kids, and all the grand kids. He loved fishing, hunting, and his passion was cars. Robert spent his life working as a mechanic and a few years as a truck driver for Bethany Express. For the past 18 years, he worked for South Harrison School District taking care of the school’s bus fleet. He was one of a kind and will be missed by all.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Denise; his 3 children, Todd and Diane Williams, Carri and Mike Ishmael, Mysti and Jaimee; five grandchildren, Josie, TJ, Samantha (Matthew) Gibbs, Amanda (Modesto) Ojeda, and Chesney Ishmael; six great grandchildren; sister, Joyce (Williams) Wheeler; sisters and brothers-in-law, Deb and Robert Lynn Salmon, Dena McDaniel, Donna and Jerry VanMeter, Les Wheeler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 29 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
