Bethany, MO: Phyllis Delane Miles, 90, Bethany, MO passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Crestview Home, Bethany, MO.
She was born August 24, 1925 in Harrison County, Missouri the daughter of Howard Otto and Esta Dell (Bryan) Wiley.
On August 20, 1942, she married Lyle Rex Miles. He preceded her in death on May 12, 1996.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Miles; sister, Bonnie Christine Wiley; son-in-law, Marion Barker.
Phyllis worked as a clerk for Places Store in Bethany for many years and also as a medical technician at Crestview Home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mt. Moriah, MO.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Barker, Bethany, MO; son Gary (Helen) Miles; daughter-in-law, Madelyn Miles both of Mt. Moriah, MO; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Thelma Wiley and Louise Wiley both of Bethany, MO.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 23 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in the Lloyd Cemetery, Mt. Moriah, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home where friends may call after 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. Memorials may be made to the Lloyd Cemetery and/or Mt.
