Martinsville, MO: Natalie Grace (Parman) Stanton, 97, Martinsville, MO passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at a Bethany, MO nursing home.
She was born April 11, 1920 northwest of Lone Star in Gentry County, MO the daughter of James Daniel Henderson “Dan” and Bertha Lee (Grace) Parman.
On December 24, 1936, she married Donald R. Stanton. To this union 3 children were born, Clara Lee, Dannie Don and Patricia Bea. Donald preceded her in death on February 3, 1973.
Natalie attended the Colvin School and was a member of the Martinsville United Methodist Church. She worked at Irene’s Koffee Korner Kafe and later at McDonald’s for several years retiring at almost 90 years of age.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Charlie Fordyce; sisters, Clella Carter and Blye Carter and great-grandson, Dylan Stevens.
Survivors include a son, Dannie and (Pat) Stanton, New Hampton, MO; 2 daughters, Clara Lee Fordyce, Bethany, MO and Patricia (Gary) Stevens, New Hampton, MO; brother, James (Maxine) Parman, Albany, MO; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 2 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Martinsville, MO. The family will receive friends from 9:00 -10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral Home.
