BETHANY, MO: Leah F. Vandivert, 89, Bethany, MO passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 at a Bethany, MO nursing home.
She was born on June 8, 1928 in Martinsville, Missouri the daughter of Charlie Vincent and Wilma Christine (Baker) Snead.
On August 21, 1955 she married Worth Vandivert in Kidder, MO. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Kenneth Snead.
Leah was a homemaker and a faithful farm wife.
She is survived by her sons, Donald (Linda) Vandivert, Bethany, MO, Charles (Debbie) Vandivert, Springfield, MO, Richard (Tammy) Vandivert, Maryville, MO; special niece, Annie (Rob) Zirfas, Bethany, MO; sisters, Justine Vaughn, Pattonsburg, MO, Elenor Meredith, Bethany, MO, Elaine Meinecke, Ridgeway, MO; sister-in-law, Joanne Snead, Bethany, MO; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 8 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Fund in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
