Howell D. Kemp, 82, passed away on April 27, 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisc. He was born to Uris and Elizabeth Kemp, at a farm seven miles north of Bethany.
Howell attended Bethany High School, where he played football. He later graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics. After graduation, he went to work for ADM where he managed laboratory complexes in Peoria and Cleveland.
Midlife, he decided to change careers. He went back to college and got a Masters of Business Administration, at Keller Graduate School. He also became an Enrolled Agent. He opened an accounting practice in Hanover Park, Ill., where he very much enjoyed working with his small business clients. He retired twenty-nine years later and moved to Wisconsin.
Howell is survived by his wife Jane; daughters, Elizabeth, Sherry and Christine, and four grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his sister Edra Jean.
