PRINCETON, MO: Herbert Lee Harrington, 79, Princeton, MO passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 at a Liberty, MO hospital.
He was born July 12, 1938 in Spickard, Missouri the son of Herbert Richard and Opal Devade (Gumm) Harrington.
On September 22, 1999 he married Yvonne Rose Lucklum in Cainsville, MO. She survives of the home.
Herbert was a graduate of Princeton High School in 1956 and went on to serve in the United States Air Force. He worked as a mechanic for the Dakota, Minnesota, and Eastern Railroad. He was a member of Zion Baptist Church of Cainsville and American Legion Post #257 of Cainsville. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing, camping, working on tractors, and riding motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.
Herbert is also survived by his daughters, Chris (Doug) Krouse, Andover, IL, Pam (Kevin) McCoy, Boone, IA; five grandchildren, Jeremiah and Vincent Crouse, Jesse, Zach, and Seth McCoy; and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 26 at Zion Baptist Church, Cainsville, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO. Burial with Military Rites will follow in Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, MO. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday at the church.
