Princeton, MO: Garon Gale Hagan, 73, Princeton, MO passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Pearls II Eden for Elders, Princeton, MO.
Garon was born on May 26, 1947 in Mercer County, Missouri the son of Raycel and Ruby Hagan. He was the fifth child in a family of thirteen children. He graduated from Princeton High School in 1965 and was a member of the Bethel Church. Garon never married, he said he could never find a woman with enough money. He enjoyed playing Rook with the family and he was an avid Elvis fan. He loved the family farm. He worked out some, but always ended up back at the farm. He loved his brothers, sisters, and their families. It tickled him when they would come to the farm for a visit, especially when they brought food.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Marlin Grayson Hagan and sister, Marcel Faye Brady.
Garon is survived by his siblings, Myrna Rae (Wilbur) Booth, Fulton, MO, Elvin Hale Hagan, Higginsville, MO, Denny Zale Hagan, Mercer, MO, Lyman Dale (Patty) Hagan, Phoenix, AZ, Argel Vee (Mike) Miller, Chandler OK, Garnet Glee (Roy) Gilmore, Hot Springs Valley, AR, Merlin Raycel (Chris) Hagan, Savannah, MO, Marilyn Maycel (Michael) Livesay, Ridgeway, MO, Leroy Lance (Nancy) Hagan, St. Joseph, MO, Lathe Allen (Makella) Hagan, Mercer, MO and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside Services and Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 3 in Bethel Cemetery, Cainsville, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO. The family will receive friends from10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bethel Church, Cainsville, MO where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
