Noble, OK: Fredrick Maurice Breit, 70, Noble, OK (formerly of Parnell, MO) passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at a Midwest City, OK hospice facility.

     He was born on July 3, 1949 the son of Allyn Voris and Kathryn (Black) Breit.

     Fred owned the Amoco Standard Oil station and bulk wagon for many years, sold Pioneer and Garst seed, farmed and retired as head of maintenance and bus supervisor for Northeast Nodaway School in 2010. He was a member of the Lions Club and was active in Boy Scouts for 33 years. He was a member of the Tribe of Micosay with the rank of Schem, with the tribal name of Red Horse Rider. He was also a member of Parnell United Methodist Church and served as mayor of Parnell for 18 years. He loved to hunt and loved time with his grandkids and nieces and nephews.

      He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Delores Martz and brother, Ben Breit.

      Fred is survived by his son, Kenneth Ryan Breit, Noble, OK; grandchildren, Trayton Allyn, Macy Lynn and Hallie Paige Breit; sisters, Julia (Jerry) Harris, Bethany, MO and Mary (Stuart) Generous, Greenfield, IN; brother, Larry (Bernita) Wright and many nieces and nephews.

     Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9 at the United Methodist Church, Parnell, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Parnell, MO. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.
