Ridgeway, MO: Connie Lou Fehring was reunited with the love of her life on April 10, 2024, after being apart one short month.
Connie was born to Lawrence āTarzā and Mary Breer on September 4, 1958, in Nevada, Iowa. She attended school and lived most of her childhood in Maxwell, Iowa. Maxwell is where Connie met the love of her life, Pete Fehring, at the tender age of 14. The couple grew up together and the strongest, sweetest love developed. They married September 10, 1976, just days after turning 18.
Connie spent her life devoted to her family. She displayed unwavering love and support toward her children, grandchildren, and newest great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook, best listener and always willing to help anyone who needed a hand. Connie enjoyed canning and baking with her mother, spending time at her childrenās and grandchildrenās school and sporting events, hosting family gatherings and cooking big Sunday dinners.
Connie put everyoneās needs in front of her own. She spoiled all of us in one way or another and always made each one feel special and loved. She lived a simple life; where sitting on the front porch visiting, drinking coffee, seeing the kids play and watching hummingbirds, brought her great happiness. She will truly be missed by so many.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband Pete; parents, Tarz and Mary Breer and granddaughter, Brittany Zerbe.
Survivors who will miss her dearly include, sons, Michael (Kelsey) Fehring, Cameron, Jessie (Rebecca) Fehring, Gilman City; siblings, Larry Breer, Nevada Iowa, Joe (Kay) Breer, Cameron; grandchildren, Treigh, Trayce, Tanner, Kaleb, Kammie, Harper, Jaxson, and Destiny Fehring, and step-grandchildren, Landon Catron, Craig, Jacob and Jaren Zerbe; great-grandchildren, Jude, Marzana and Cohen; 13 nieces and nephews and many other family members whom she loved deeply.
