Albany, MO: Cecil Booher, 64, of Albany, Missouri, passed away May 18, 2022 at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.
Cecil was born October 19, 1957 in Evona, Missouri. He was the son of James Shelly and Luella Fern (Wood) Booher.
On June 26, 1980, Cecil was united in marriage to Nancy Clemmons. His wife was his soul mate for 41 years. He was a great kidder who loved ribbing Nancy just to see her mad and then they would laugh about it later. They did not have children but loved all their nephews and nieces like their own.
His main baby was his little dog Rocket who he loved to walk around all the time. They would walk around town visiting with everyone.
Before retiring, Cecil worked as a mechanic with his brother Danny at Dan’s Repair in Albany.
Cecil was a kindhearted man. He loved going on trips to look for gold with his wife and family.
He will be missed by many, but no one more than his wife Nancy and baby Rocket of the home.
Cecil is also survived by brothers, Danny Booher, Albany; Darrell Booher, Excelsior Springs, MO; Ronnie Booher, Tucson, AZ; sisters, Connie (Jim) Jacoby, Marceline, MO; Donna Booher, St. Joseph, MO; Becky (Hank) Jennings, Bethany; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Randy and Rex Booher, sister Betty Alley, sister-in-law, Debbie Booher, nephews, James Booher and Gerren Boies Loman, niece, Caressa Dawn Loman.Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
