Carl Gene Ruch, 74, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Bethany Care Center, Bethany, MO.
He was born September 24, 1941 in Gentry County, MO, the son of John Leland and Thelma Funderburg McCampbell Ruch.
Carl was married to Allie Speakman, they shared 23 years together.
He worked in the Medical Field as a CNA at the nursing homes and hospitals. Carl enjoyed fishing and wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; both sets of grandparents; sister, Lois Keel Ruch; and a step-grandchild.
Survivors include his wife, Allie, of the home; sons, Steve (Elizabeth) Ruch, Albany, MO and Robert Ruch, State of CA; daughters, Annette Peterson, Salinas, CA, Dottie Mae Biever, Castroville, CA; daughter by heart, Kristine (David) Ruch, New Hampton, MO; son by heart, Rev. Ken Gray, Forest, OH; brother, Jerry (Shari) Ruch, Talihina, OK; special cousin, Madilyn (Don) Tillman; 16 Grandchildren, Gabe Ruch, Christopher Ruch, Michael Popoff, Lindi Ruch, Stephanie Ruch, Kerri Ruch, Halli Popoff, all from Missouri, Misti Peterson Bear and 8 other grandchildren from CA; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow at Old Brick Cemetery, Albany, MO.
