GILMAN CITY, MO: Brittany LouLynn Zerbe, 9, of Gilman City, MO passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO.
She was born March 20, 2007 in Trenton, MO the daughter of Rebecca Fehring and Jared Zerbe.
Even while being sick, Brittany was always happy. She enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and riding bikes. She was an animal lover, especially of horses and loved going riding on her pony, Tonka. She loved watching T.V. and listening to music and spent much time crocheting. She was amazing, lovable, and playful and loved wrestling with her brothers. She wanted nothing but the best life for her siblings.
Brittany was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Tobe and Darlene Elder and Donald Jordan; and paternal great grandparents, J.D. and Betty Zerbe and Basil Craig.
Survivors include her mother, Rebecca (Jesse) Fehring, of the home; father, Jared Zerbe, Cameron, MO; brothers, Craig Troester, Jacob and Jaren Zerbe; sister, McKenzie Zerbe; step-brother and step-sister, Kaleb and Kammie Fehring; half-brother, Jackson Fehring; maternal grandparents, John and Bonnie Cottrell, Gilman City, MO, Roy Elder, Trenton, MO; paternal grandparents, Terry and Sally Zerbe, Gallatin, MO, Nancy Craig; maternal great grandparents, Elsie Jordan and Rebecca Cottrell; paternal great grandma, Barbara Craig; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 6 at Gilman City R-IV School under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery, Melbourne, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the school.
