Bobby Dean Gilliland, 63, of Ridgeway, MO passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his home in Ridgeway, MO.
He was born September 5, 1951 in Bethany, MO the son of Norman William and Patsy Ruth (Lyons) Gilliland. They preceded him in death.
On July 24, 1976 he married Debra Vandiver in Eagleville, MO. She survives of the home. He served in the Navy in Vietnam and was a member of the American Legion.
In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his son, Jason Gilliland; and brother, Allen Gilliland.
Survivors in addition to his wife include, son, Travis (Kera) Gilliland, Ridgeway, MO; daughters, Stephanie (Ryan) Andrew, Ridgeway, MO, Amanda Thomsen, Kansas City, MO, Jessica (Courtney) Hulett, Camdenton, MO, Stacey (Wyatt) Milligan, Kearney, MO; and brothers, Paul Gilliland, Eagleville, MO, and Larry (Molly) Gilliland, Macon, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 28 at the Baptist Church of Ridgeway, MO. Burial with military rites will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ridgeway, MO. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. Friday at the church.
