Eagleville, MO: Betty Lou Myers, 87, Eagleville, MO passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at a Kansas City, MO hospital.

     She was born on June 10, 1934 in Mt. Ayr, Iowa the daughter of Ernest Eugene and Sadie May (Hensley) Black.

     She married Ed Killingsworth and to this union three children were born, Michael, Debra, and Tim. They later divorced and she married Jack Myers. He preceded her in death on March 22, 2007.

     Betty was a retired business owner of the H&R Block in Bethany and was a former public administrator.

     She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Killingsworth; daughter, Debby Thiel; brother, Charles Black and sister, Annabel Rinehart.

     Betty is survived by her son, Tim Killingsworth (Heather DeMitchell), Pattonsburg, MO; grandchildren, Sheila Thiele, Genni Cummins, Jon Thiele; three great grandchildren, Charlotte and James Cummins and Jude Thiele; daughter-in-law, Rana Killingsworth, Skidmore, MO; son-in-law, Ivan Thiele, St. Joseph, MO; step-children, Lisa (Jeff) Gibson and Brenda (Steve) Coulson; step-grandchildren, Jenny (Kevin) Hartschen, Kara (Josh) Smith, Wyat (Jordan) Gibson, and Jessica (Todd) Cross; 8 step-great grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Owens, Leon, IA and Jeane Seipp, Apple Valley, MN.

     Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 1 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery, Eagleville, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Eagleville Christian Church in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
