After a January of some of the coldest temperatures to be felt around here in years, winter kept its icy grip on Harrison County last week when an ice storm caused numerous accidents and closed schools and businesses once again.
Icy roads resulted in all Harrison County schools dismissing early on Monday when freezing rain began to fall.
