Welcome to the New Year: The BTC Bank’s time and temperature sign was registering 14 degrees below zero just after daybreak on Monday morning. The cold front came on the heels of a snowstorm that made for a white Christmas. Bethany recorded four days of below-zero temperatures during the past week. The official temperature recorded over the night of New Year’s eve was 16 below zero, according to KAAN radio.
