Talking weather: Ryan Cutler, a forecaster for the National Weather Service gave a talk in Bethany on Thursday.

On the eve of Friday’s ice storm, a meteorologist from the National Weather Service office at Pleasant Hill explained some of the intricacies of weather forecasting in a talk to the Bethany Rotary Club.
