Blogging away: Travis Heinze, who hails from the state of Washington, was working on stories for his blog for YouTube while using the Wi-Fi at the Bethany Public Library. Heinze used a Go-Pro camera to record his confrontation with local officers about parking. He has become nationally known for his interaction with local police.

Bethany law enforcement found itself in the national spotlight when a man from Aberdeen, Wash., who has a reputation for posting videos on YouTube of himself confronting police, landed in jail last week on charges of harassing city employees. The charges have been dropped, but views of videos related to the incident have reached more than 33,000 as of Monday.
