The South Harrison Encore Choir will be celebrating the season with their third annual caroling tour on Thursday, Dec. 12. The choir is under the direction of Daniel Brooks.
The choir will be making the following stops during the day:
South Harrison Elementary School gymnasium, 9 to 9:30 a.m.; BTC Bank, 9:45-10:15 a.m.; Walmart, 10:30 to 11 a.m.; Hy-Vee, 11:15 to 11:45 a.m.; Crestview, 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., and the South Harrison Middle School gymnasium.
The vocal music department will present its winter concert at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, at the high school. The program will feature the high school concert choir, the junior high choir and the fifth grade choir.
In other music department news, the Winter Band Concert will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16.
