Street extension: The planned extension of 39th Street to Bulldog Avenue will be a key part of the North TIF District. While culverts wait to be installed, property owner Dave Callaway has already begun work on preparing the roadbed to open up property for development.
The Bethany Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) board Wednesday night approved engineering studies on proposed street and infrastructure projects north of the 39th-Bartlett street intersection and south of Walmart.
