Charlene Frame has opened her new store “Good Ole Days” on Highway 136 at the entrance to New Hampton. Charlene worked for Buzzard Gulch for 18 years before leaving to open the store. Good Ole Days serves biscuits and gravy for breakfast and cold cuts at noon. The store gets produce from the Amish market. Several crafts made by local artisans are on display in the store. Charlene said she was looking to invest in a business that would serve the public. “This was an opportunity and I took it,” she said.–Republican-Clipper photo
