Rural Mo. schools eye teacher raises

Harrison County MO: South Harrison and other rural schools in Missouri may face financial problems in the future if the state does not in the future renew its current policy of matching the raises given to teachers, South Harrison superintendent Dr. Michael Estes told the Rotary Club Thursday at the senior center.
