Chloe Billups awarded: Ridgeway senior Chloe Billups was recently awarded the Young Dual Credit Scholarship and the Grundy Electric sponsorship. For the scholarship, applicants had to write a 300-word essay describing how NCMC’s dual credit courses will benefit them financially. Regarding the sponsorship, the Grundy Electric sponsors four high school juniors from area schools within its service territory to attend leadership conferences. The top two finalists are awarded the Washington D.C. Youth Tour.
