On the corner of South 11th Street and South 12th Street sets a large green dumpster, located on the former site of the railway depot. This dumpster is for recyclable material only, but it contains non-recyclable trash.
Bethany, MO: During the last Bethany City Council meeting, the issue of trash was raised. The issue was solved by the City of Bethany choosing to raise rates. The councilmen agreed to raise half now and half later, at a more opportune time, such as over the summer months, so the citizens of Bethany would not be hit hard with the expense all at once.–By Caleb Osmon
