Bethany library patron Shirley Madison picks up her bookbag using the library’s curbside delivery system. The library has been closed to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the library staff has been processing book requests for patrons and offers curbside pickups from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. Books may be ordered through the library’s Librista App or by calling the library at 660-425-8008. They may be returned through the book depository on the north side of the building. The books are disinfected or held in isolation for 14 days before being returned to the shelves.
