Harrison County, MO: The Noel T. Adams and North Harrison ambulance districts this week announced plans to merge the two districts into one ambulance service covering most of Harrison County. The merger would be subject to voter approval in the Nov. 5 general election. North Harrison will hold a public meeting concerning the merger at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 at its station.
