Ridgeway, MO: Savannah Linthacum, 8, daughter of Sarah and Thomas Linthacum of Ridgeway, was one of 11 national winners in the Evsie’s 2023-24 brand ambassador contest. The young girls were chosen to represent the popular brand and styles in their communities. The representatives were chosen from among photographs submitted by the families.
