Mixing it up: County commissioners Jim Holcomb, Rick Smith and Jack Hodge dump out old paint cans that were brought to the city street barn during the hazardous waste collection drive on Saturday morning. Volunteers collected two 55-gallon drums of latex paint and another 55-gallon drum of oil-based paint for disposal. Area residents also brought in old tires, batteries, computers and other material to the collection point.
