Christmas presents will be distributed to area youngsters on Dec. 15 through the Mayor’s Christmas Tree at the Bethany City Hall.
A total of 28 families and 78 children have been signed up for the program, according to Leslie Groom, coordinator of the project at City Hall. Donations and gifts for the Mayor’s Christmas Tree will be received until Monday, Dec. 10. The Angel Tree for gifts is located at the Bethany Walmart store.
