Bethany, MO: Marguerite Anna Bacon, 99, Bethany, MO passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 at Northcare Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.
She was born February 4, 1923 in Harrison County, Missouri the daughter of Jacob Burr and Cora Lucille (Martz) Harrison.
On September 3, 1940, she married Henry C. Bacon. He preceded her in death on November 14, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her son, John H. Bacon; grandchildren, Sue Ann Bacon and Kevin Bacon and sisters, Evelyn Harrison and Dorothy Wick.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Bethany, MO.
Survivors include her sons, Jerry Bacon, Bethany, MO and Henry (Sherri) Bacon, Marshall, MO; grandchildren, Cindy (Paul) Richardson, Kelly (David) Lolley, Amanda (Paul) Roberts, Julie (Cully) Nichols and Johnnie (Jed) Shaffer and several great-grandchildren. Graveside Service and Burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, August 22 at Antioch Cemetery, Bethany, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
