Bethany, MO: A livestock scale was dedicated to the Northwest Missouri State Fair’s livestock department in memory of Glenn Dean “Doc” Windom,”D.VM., a supporter of the livestock show for many years. The scale was provided by Doc Windom’s memorial money, which had been donated to the NW Missouri State Fair Board and livestock committee.
