Hagler goes to Rwanda: Kelly Hagler, a South Harrison graduate and daughter of Rex and Jan Hagler, was one of 130 Global health Corps volunteers that accompanied Barbara Pierce Bush to Rwanda.
Kelly Hagler, daughter of Rex and Jan Hagler, recently returned from a visit to the East African nation of Rwanda, which is recovering from years of genocide that killed hundreds of thousands of people.
