Tragedy at Leon lake: Rescue personnel attempt to reach two fishermen who fell through the ice of Little River Lake. The father and son from Knob Noster, Mo., drowned during the incident that occurred on Jan. 31. The accident illustrates the risks of attempting to fish on icy lakes and ponds.
The Missouri Department of Conservation has canceled the ice fishing demonstration that had been planned for Feb. 20 at the Harrison County Lake.
