The Harrison County Community Hospital District plans to pursue financing options for the construction of a new hospital on 39th Street in Bethany.
Tina Gillespie, hospital CEO, said the consultants from BKD of Kansas City recently completed a feasibility study to determine the financial viability of building a new hospital. HCCH started the feasibility study process in 2019 with an in-depth market analysis, including population trends.
