The American Legion Hall was filled with Christmas shoppers during the annual Holiday Bazaar. Several vendors had their crafts and food items on display. Mary Sims and her daughter Kali Forbach served breakfast to the crowd to raise funds to help Kali purchase a diabetic service dog. Kali went to Omaha, Neb., over the weekend to get Clover, a lab mixed dog, from a training center. She is now getting acquainted with her service animal who will help her control her diabetes. Kali is a junior at Graceland University.
