The winner of the day was James Norton from Gilman City whose winning word was “prairie”.
Second place went to Kyler Preston, Gilman City. First alternate was Gunnar McLain, Cainsville; second alternate was Elizabeth Porter, Ridgeway.
These students will move on to the Regional Spelling Bee in St. Joseph at St..
