Bethany, MO: The countdown has begun for the Northwest Missouri State Fair opening Labor Day weekend.
The fair gets underway at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, with the parade from downtown to the fairgrounds at 6 p.m. Registration will be from 5 to 6 at the Bethany Community Gym.
