Harrison County, MO: An Elmo, Missouri, man was charged with breaking into a local residence on Dec. 19 and forcibly raping a Harrison County woman. Jacob D. Borntreger, 32, is being held in Harrison County Jail on $100,000 bond following an investigation by the sheriff’s department.
